When you enquire about transport
If you call or email us, we receive the contact details and booking information you provide. We use them to reply, prepare a quote and agree on transport. Please do not send identity documents or other information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Enquiries about entering into a contract are handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence and website security rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required by law are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Providing contact information is voluntary, but we cannot quote without the necessary details.
